Unable to connect: incorrect login message

I'm using Crystal Enterprise 10 and Crystal Reports 10

For one report that I have added to Enterprise I get a failed status and the message shown below.

Server Used: ocms-01.reportjobserver

Error Message: Unable to connect: incorrect log on parameters. File D:\Program Files\Crystal Decisions\Enterprise 10\Data\procSched\ocms-01.reportjobserver\~tmpa5058572919b10.rpt.

All other reports work fine, which suggests something is wrong with the report, but I cannot see what.

Any advice would be appreciated.

1: Check the rights on that report
2:Verify that the reportjobserver has access to the database
