Unable to Change SID History from Migrated NT Server

Hi,

I installed new HDD and Installed W2K on the server. Restored the data from tape and even tried an xcopy but permissioms from the sid history which was change proir to the back is still there. I even tried xcopy to a fat partition then an xcopy to a ntfs partition to remove any sid history but was not able to. HELP HELP users are not able to access there data files nor the roaming pofiles. We use group policies for redirection of home folders and data files.
