Unable to call from avaya one-call assistant

Hii,

I have integreated avaya one-x call assistant and plug in with outlook and i am able to log in. I am unable to call any extension as it is comming login failed when i call. As internal calling is not happing then i am not able to call outside.
Please help..

Do you have a license?
Call Assistant use the password in User - User
(not Login code)

Both the one-X call assistant and the Outlook plug-in can use dialing rules settings and they may have been enabled and are wrong for calls (they include a setting for the length of internal extension numbers so they can affect making internal calls too). Have a look at

Stuck in a never ending cycle of file copying.

Dialing rule is set properly as we have 4 digit internal dialing. Then also unable to call internal extn also.
