Hi All
I have been setting up a rebuilt machine on our network. The network is peer to peer. I have set up file sharing on the Win 2000 machine. Everything is fine except when I try to access the shared files from a 98 machine.
When I try to access the new machine, I receive the message \\computer\IPC$ asking for a password. I have set up the user permissions on the Win2000 machine but it keeps rejecting my passwords.
So, I check the Microsoft site which says that I need to start the Netlogon service. However, I keep getting the message that Windows could not start the Net Logon and an error code of 3095.
Thanks in Advance for your help
