I am running Windows Server 2008. VMPro 7.0.19/IPO 7.0.12
I have searched the forum to no end, and cannot find any advice.
I have installed Voicemail Web services and One-X Portal according to documentation. I have done this many times before with no issues, however this installation is kicking my butt.
Locally on the server I can run One-X Client with no issues. It connects to the phone, and works like a champ! When I go to an end user it does not work like a champ. The interface shows only the Contacts list on the phone. It does not list messages, or indicate the phone status during calls. The dialpad works fine and I can make calls using the interface just fine. The users are Windows 7 and on the same network as the system/voicemail. Seeing as the interface can activate the phone, I feel the issue is based on the communication with the One-X server and some sort of security issue. I cannot, however, seem to nail it down. Has anyone had this issue?
UMS is also installed. I am attempting to set up users via IMAP delivery. The account sets up properly, and tests good with Outlook. However the delivery does not occur properly. I have run into several results. It ultimately locks up Outlook 2010. It will not allow me to delete the messages when they do appear, I have to do a permanent delete and it then locks up Outlook.
Any advice is greatly appreciated, as I mentioned before I have installed these features many more times than once with no issues.
Thanks!!!
