I've been through about 5 books, searched the 'net, and even tried a search in the tek-tips forums, and searched the MS KB and I still can't find a resolution for inserting an umlaut into a endusers email address.
the enduser's name is jürgen@mycompany.com
Since Exchange would not let me use the AltChar method to insert, I tried the "copy and paste" technique and got an error.
Is there a solution or am I being dumber than a box of rocks?
