I would like to know the format in putty to run against the CF card to clean the drive. I used to have it now I can not locate it. You use putty to run the script. Any help would be appreciated. Thank You

There is a menu option to default the database which will give you a clean install. You just boot up the system and log into it with Putty. I don't have a system to look at anymore but it would be under maintenance.

Looks like from the manual you don't even need to log into the console with putty to reset the database.
To reset the CD-VM00/GCD-VM00, perform the following operation:
While the voice mail is running, hold the Load button for more than three seconds.
This will reset the database and all voicemail to default.
