Hello,

I have a callpilot with Unified Messaging. My problem is I want the message to drop in the users inbox. So they can check it with there blackberry and from home. I normally would just make a rule in Outlook 2000 to drop the message to the users inbox. But I cant seem to get it to work on 2003. Thanks for the help

Tim

The messages still reside on your Call Pilot server, which is why this doesn't work. UM only overlays the Outlook client and adds the Call Pilot folders on workstations that have the UMing software loaded. Since the messages do not reside on your Outlook Server, this would be the reason that your Outlook rules do not work.

If you are running Call Pilot 4.0, there is some new features with voicemail forwarding to email that may fit your situation.

Hmmmm.. I am running call pilot 3.0. Is the any way to get it to the inbox or make UM use the outlook server to deliver the message.
