We've been testing the UM piece of 2007 and have it integrated with our Cisco CM. One issue that we can't seem to find the source for is the interdigit timers used by Exchange. When a caller hears the Auto-att they can dial an extension or say the person's name, but when dialing an extension they must dial it very fast (less than a second in between each digit) otherwise she states "I'm not allowed to dial that.....". Our extensions are 3 digits 1XX-3XX. If they dial 1 and wait longer than a split second you get that don't understand prompt. If you dial it real fast like 123, she transfers the call properely. Where can we adjust that inter-digit timer to be longer?
Thanks in advance...
