Ultradev - IBM Websphere 5 - Newbie Question

I have downloaded Websphere 5 - and I am trying to create a new site to try and learn about JSP development.

I have found some tips on Macromedia site (that dont seem to work for me / are for earlier versions of WS)

Does anyone have any info / can explain in simple terms how you create a new JSP site and set Ultradev up to work with it.

I have done quite a bit of ASP work and understand alot of Ultradev side,
