UID investigation

Hi Guys,

Many of the denial events refer in Event Data 1 to the UID, which as I know is a specific number for each entity in the system. My question is how could I interpret these for better maintenance?

Any suggestion is greatly appreciated.

My suggestion is that you would need Operational Analyst to grab the data to make it useful. Check out the documentation section of Avaya's website.
