Ufsdump Warning Messages

Hi all,

When doing a ufsdump to a tape on a remote server I keep getting the following warning messages:-

DUMP: Warning - block 2457776378 is beyond the end of `/dev/md/rdsk/d6'

I assume this is a disk error of some kind can anyone help?.
