if a m/b says that it supports ultra ata/66, will it automatically support udma/66 ? what if it says that it supports ultra ata/100? will it also support udma/100?
UDMA and Ultra ATA are essentially the same thing. If the M/B stated it supports UDMA 66 (basically it supports Ultra ATA66 since they sre the same). The same goes for UDMA/Ultra ATA 100. James Collins
