Ucase in access97 not working

Hi,

I have installed access97 on an NT 4.0 Server.
When I run my application in the dev environment it breaks on the ucase statement (it says "cant find project or library").

Help !

Also try faq181-936

which has an MS article and some simple code that will ensure this not happening for any user again.
