Hi A
I attempted to upgrade a UC Module from 10.1.0 to 10.1.4 today and once it got to 100% I am now being greeted with "OS Boot Fault" now it has changed to "Hardware Fault"
I seem to have so many issues with these things, especially when it comes to upgrades, anyone got any ideas of stuff to try remotely?
Thanks

throw it out and buy a new one on ebay for $5 because everyone throws them out. Rightfully so :-)

I had that before and after numerous reboots it came back, probably around 5 to 10 reboots.

back up and reload from scratch, don't upgrade. You could set up a PC and load appserver to it and use the UCM for its licensing.

I recall there were lots of issue with the flash drive. At one time Avaya would replace but not sure if this still happens.

In theory it is possible to replace the drive.

Thanks for the replies, we have opted to just bin the UCM and use a spare PC - which means one less UCM we have to maintain!
Thankfully took backups before hand
