Hi All, running UCM Rls 9.0 on IPO Rls 9.1.
I can ping IPO 192.168.42.2 ok
I can ping UCM 192.168.42.200 ok
I can play * 17 and hear" Welcome to Avaya".
I can launch the web browser pages for both UCM ,OneX portal and login successfully.
However I am experiencing connection issue on the avaya one x mobile app on my cell phone,
indicating partially connected and other times" fail to retrieve XMPP account info from "Domain name:8443"" error.
Below is an attached monitor trace log.
In need of second option.

Upgrade UCM to 9.1, it must match the version of IP Office
Then follow the configuration instructions for One-X and One-X Mobile by the letter.
