I have a client that has been up and running for a few months now on their V2 UC module running 9.1.5 software. IPO running on 9.1.5 as well. Today their VM quit working and when I logged into Manager the Voicemail type showed VM Pro instead of UC module. (Customer said they didn't change anything) I switched it back to UC Module and rebooted the system. (then back to embedded, rebooted, then back to UC again with same results) The IP Address shows 0.0.0.0 for the UC Module and but shows "Operational". I tried to reignite it but doesn't work either. In IP Route it shows the route to 169.254.0.2 for the UC Module as well. Do I need to just upgrade them to 9.1.7 via usb and reignite it again? The lights on the UC module are steady green too.
