uBR924 and Optimum Online

Hi guys,

I got a Cisco uBR924 Cable Access router on eBay. I have a problem. When the router attempts to affiliate with the network of my ISP, CableVision OptimumOnline, It will not get past the 'Ranging 1 State' in the connect. How do I need to configure the router to work? Remember I am a Cisco Noob and need to know which CLI commands to use.
