**I just accidentally posted this in the wrong forum. Please disregard in the Forms, Classes and Controls forum.**

Two of our users commonly print off a set of five reports throughout the day. Most of the time they do not print them at the same time, but when they do, one or two of the reports will not print completeley. It is completely random as to which reports this happens to.

What doesn't print are the labels, rectangles and lines. The fields with variables and table fields in them print fine.

This seemed to start about the time we added a fifth report. It was fine when they were just printing four. I find it hard to believe it could be a memory issue. The printer is fairly new, the workstations have adequate RAM and the reports are nothing too intensive. Does anybody have any ideas?

I've only ever seen boxes and lines and such disappear from a report when the printer runs out of memory. Try setting the printer to "Print Directly to the Printer" or whatever the setting is in your printer's setup dialog that allows you to turn off spooling. Also, you could try switching the Data type in the printer settings as well...try RAW. Hopefully that'll fix the problem.
