IS-IT--Management
Hi,
I have a problem with non-domain workstations (guests) not being able to access shares at our head office from a remote site.
Topology;
Head office running ISA
Site2 connects via VPN to ISA.
Windows 2003 Native Domain
Two sites set up in AD Sites and Services
Guest workstations and laptops are XP. Some are members of another domain (their company) and others are simply in a workgroup but both suffer the user/pass issue.
The guests can access resources on servers at Site2 just fine when they are at Site2.
But when they try and access servers at head office they are prompted for username and password over and over with no success.
Is there something I can look at to help diagnose this?
I see some RPC traffic flowing from the guest IPs to the head office.
Thanks,
b
