two recipients are configured with the same mail address

i have a problem with a mailbox

the mailbox can send messages but cannot receive messages

the error i get is the following
"two recipients are configured with the same mail address"

i already verified the active directory and couldn't find two mailaddresses with the same name

can anybody help me and tell me how to solve this problem

Run csvde.exe at the command prompt of your DC to extract your AD info to a csv file. Then you can search this file for the email address and see you many occurences it finds.
