When I go to the address book and click on the 'Show Names From The:' dropdown list, I see two Contacts folders. One has the correct information and ones is empty. How can I delete the empty one from the listing?

The first thing to do is to check your "folders list" pane. Be sure that you only have one labeled Contacts in your personal folders.

Also, is there a chance you more than one set of folders open. IE: Are you hooked to an Exchange server and have both a network based contact list and one in a set of personal folders that are open.

I would start there and see what that does. Tom Backus

you've probably logged onto that box with 2 accounts. Go to Tools Services, Outlook Address Book, props.

You'll see "contact -" twice followed by something. Remove the one you don't want.
