- 1 VM CallPilot 100/150 and 1 ACD NAM
- 1 VM CallPilot 100/150 and 1 VM FlashTalk
- 1 VM CallPilot 100/150 and 1 ACD FlashTalk
- 1 CC CallPilot 150 3.0 Enhanced and 1 VM CallPilot 100/150
- 1 CC CallPilot 150 3.0 Enhanced and 1 VM/ACD FlashTalk
wouldnt that be the only reason to want(2)voicemails(1)for ACD and(1)basic...I have a customer that I installed a NAM w/Cinphony and a Call Pilot 150 with little to no issues.
Senk1s- I always thought 1 HAD to be vm, and the other ACD. You've got listed 1 CP, and 1 ST flash- I've got a customer that needs at least 5 AA Tables, and already has a Flash 2.1 on his MICS 5.0.
I've already talked him into a CP, but that only gives him 4 tables. Using the Flash would give him 6, and make everyone happy. Is that doable using different Feature codes?
When you first setup a Flash you do F903 to choose the feature code range. Just set your Flash to something other than F980-F989 when first setting up and then you can also use the CP on the same system.
Did this work? I need to add a CP for CC and keep the NAM for VM. Will there be issues with the Minuet on the NAM and the CP (150 Enhanced)? (The CC is to replace Minuet ACD.)
Yes, the Call Pilot and Flash are playing nicely together.
I'm not sure how things will work with a NAM, but it went pretty smooth with the Flash. I'm only using the Flash for an extra Greeting Table, and the CP for mailboxes and the other 4 Tables.
Well you can put 2 NAM on a system right?
You can also put 2 Call Pilots on a system if one is set to ACD? I wonder whats the difference? the 2nd CP as an ACD would taken on a different set of Feature codes anyway no?
It's been running for a few weeks, and I haven't heard any complaints. I instructed the IT person there to periodically check the flash gd. On monday, I'll call to see if they've gotten anything there.
