Two blank pages in a 24 page report

I am creating a pretty long Crystal Report. (24 Pages)
Page 2 and 23 are blank. I have three groups and paged by group 1 with the group 1 field displaying on each page. I have selected Keep Group Together. I have not been successful in getting these pages out of my report.

Hi Jinny,

Check the following...

1. Your groups may have the new page before / after set

2. Your sections may have blank space after the last text being displayed. In which case fit the section, and move blank space to start of next section displayed in the report

your "keep together" might be the problem if the fields/section are larger than 1 page...I have run into a situation where Crystal could not put it on the current half filled page...then it figured out it could not put it on the next page and finally gave up and started 2 pages from the half filled page
