9.1.7 I want the IPO VM to pick up before the cell phone twinned destination. I have played with the timers but can't get the IPO vm to answer.

oh God. I am using analog trunks. There is no monitoring of the call. I assume it is like a blind transfer.

Yeah. POTS lines are not supported with mobile twinning. You need SIP or PRI.

After a few searches I saw the POTS line thing. I rarely use POTS lines on IPO. Customer's Merlin died. SIP trunks are 45 days out. Installed IPO with 8 trunks. I tried a few things I would have never tried on POTS. Thanks Telecomboy for confirmation.

Even on ISDN there is no way to 100% guaranteed way to achieve what you require unless you disable VM on the Mobile phone.

What happens when the mobile is in use?
What happens if the Mobile is out of service?

In both cases you would route direct to the Mobile phones VM with no timer.
