Can the twinning feature handle more than one call at a time? I am trying to see if it will work like the EC500 on CM.

nope, only if you create a forwarding option in the leave point in VM PRo
that will then of course have no local voicemail any more but rather forward to the cell phone.

I had a customer ask for this before. Twinning is just one call as stated by Westi.

What I did and made my customer happy:
Setup user for mobile twinning. Add to a huntgroup that is sequential. Add phantom users forwarding to the cell phone after the actual twinned user. First call is twinned, rest are forwarded. Not the perfect solution since only the first call is truly twinned but it will get mulitple calls to your cell with the first being twinned. If you need to be able to turn it off, give user a button to set group OOS and set destination to just his extension(or a group with just his extension if you have an older release).

I would be happy with a really simple option to be able to have internal twinning and mobile twinning active at the same time. And to be able to do internal twinning with extensions in different SCN or Server Edition nodes.

You can twin two calls, assuming you can accept a pair of calls on your cell.

1. UserA, Twinned to cell number 1
2. HG1 (sequential, no queuing, UserA, overflow to HG2, overflow time = 1 second, overflow mode = group)
3. UserB, twinned to cell number 1
4. HG2 (sequential, no queuing, UserB,)

The advantage of this is that calls that are recorded at the incoming call route level will still be recorded, even the second twinned call. Twinned calls can be recorded (at ICR level), forwarded calls cannot.

Greybeard wins his solution is better then mine. Pink for you.

And apart form it looking like a good idea to the boss (who has not though beyond "I want callers to get answered"), how would being able to twin 2 calls be practical in the real world?
how many calls can a user deal with at one time?
