Tweak Com Ports

Hi,

Does anyone have any experience or have any documentation on how to effectively tweak com ports on the client and server to improve performance? I have an application that runs on MFXPa FR2 SP2 W2kSP3 that needs to sync with a palm device. I can get it to sync but it takes forever, 45 mins. - 1hr15mins.

I'm not sure how to tweak the com port settings on the server as well as on the client. I've tried the MODE command and setting the baud rates to 115200.

I've read CTX384590 but it doesn't seem to clarify anything. Should I be changing any INI settings, MODE settings, etc....
