Just recently to email notification has stopped working. I was using the gmail smtp server, I think they tightened up their third party app and now I can't use anymore. Is there another SMTP servers that works with the Panasonic systems.
Thanks
Bill

You can still use Gmail, you just need to log in to the Gmail account and create a password for less secure apps. You need to enable MFA and then I just google the link to set password. Once you have the new password, just change it in the voicemail, all the other settings stay the same.

this is the message I get when I use the link above
"The setting you are looking for is not available for your account."
google also said something about the less then secure apps will no longer work.
Is there a good SMTP relay server that works other than Google???
thanks

Was like the 14 digit password that they supplied to me. that worked fine for a while and just recently stopped working.

Less secure apps & your Google Account

Starting January 2025, less secure apps, third-party apps, or devices that have you sign in with only your username and password will no longer be supported for Google Workspace accounts. For exact dates, visit Google Workspace Updates. To continue to use a specific app with your Google Account, you’ll need to use a more secure type of access that doesn’t share password data. Learn how to use Sign in with Google.
If an app or site doesn’t meet our security standards, Google might block anyone who’s trying to sign in to your account from it. Less secure apps can make it easier for hackers to get in to your account, so blocking sign-ins from these apps helps keep your account safe."

Hi Bill,

That's interesting as I just created one the other day for much the same reason. One option I did look at was getting a generic domain and using it just for Voicemail and system emails. Some people I know use smtp2go.
