Although I don't use a graphics cards for video input/output, I do know that pressing enter to preview will only display on the monitor, while pressing space-bar to play clip will send the preview out to my TV for monitoring.
Just a thought...
Otherwise if your graphics card has a TV out, then the software for the card should provide that functionality.

In my experience with video cards that have an analog TV output, anything that displays on the monitor also displays on the TV. Is that not how you have it configured? If it is, simply preview it on your monitor while the TV is displaying the same content.
