Turn WIN98 to WIN98SE

Yes, that's safe to assume if you perform an upgrade. What you need is the Win98SE upgrade or update CD (there are actually two versions). The "update" version was extrememly cheap and was exclusively for Win98 owners to install Win98SE over-top. The "upgrade" CD was for any owner of Win95 or Win98.
It can't be officially be found retail anymore, but some sites around on the net still sell them. I would imagine you could esily find a copy on EBAY.
