Turn Off Zip Code Checker

After entering a zip code I get a pop up box which asks me to record the value for future reference.

Is it possible to turn this feature off?

go into the preferences, click edit -> preferences, then click on the record tab, and it should be top right "ZIP Code Validation", just turn it off.

You would need to do this with all users though.

I do not know i way to sync it to everyone, sorry.
