create new policy call it say FW, edit it,computer configerations/network/network connections/windows firewall

lots to set in here but top one disable setting will disable through out domain if set in right area of your policies

Thanks schtek,

We had an issue with an application that was being blocked by the firewall by a remote user over a VPN. Internally the Firewall was not effecting the application(strange).

It was great help that I seem to get consistantly around here. Thanks to all.
