When does numlock turn off, before or after login to NT?
If before, change the following in the registry: HKEY_USERS\.Default\Control Panel\Keyboard.
Change the value for InitialKeyboardIndicators from 0 to 2
If it happens after you login you will want to change the following in the registry:
HKEY_CURRENT_USER\Control Panel\Keyboard
Change the value for InitialKeyboardIndicators from 0 to 2
0 means to turn off numlock, 2 is to turn on numlock.
