TTS SAPI5 Scansoft - voices 1

I have a license for the Avaya Scansoft TTS but my Windows 2003 Server only has Microsoft Sam. I am trying to find a download of the Scansoft software but am unable to locate. Does anyone recommend a good TTS engine / voice (free) - or paid. Has anyone worked with the Scansoft and know where to get it since I am already licensed.

I have 1 Scansoft and 2 generic licenses - what does that mean please? - like how does this translate to ports.

I am currently building an automated response that reads from a database but the Microsoft Sam is terrible - LMAO

ScanSoft TTS is supplied as a separate 2 DVD set which needs to be bought, it can't be downloaded

If you installed scansoft and you only have one Scansoft licence and two generics then the following happens when it does TTS it will first use the Scansoft licence, when that TTS licence is in use it will get the next licence so that will be the generic.

Any chance anyone has the scansoft availbale for download - Avaya discontinued the part numbers so I can't order it.
