On the IP 96xx phones we occasionally get a message on display while the phones ringing: "S00924 TTI Unavailable". Any idea?

Trunk Termination Identifier - or the like - your info is being routed over an ATM circuit that expects ANI data in the header, when it's not found, it's telling you that the trunk identification is unavailable.
