TTI and PSA

Can any body tell me what are TTI and PSA and how to implement them.??
I will be greatful.

TTI is displayed on the ports that are not in use. You can setup this in feature access codes menu. You'll have a activate and deactivate code.

I'm not sure about what you mean about PSA, but then I'm still waking up too.

TTI and PSA are the same features however the PSA can be controlled by COR/COS. TTI is for your techs to move phones from one desk to another. PSA is for the users that are telecommuters and are in different seats every time they happen to show up. When they do show up they enter the PSA codes and ther set is there. Also there is no security codes (password)with PSA where there is with TTI
