TSE2000 and SQL2000 Performance issues?

Hello,

I was wondering if anyone knows anything on performance recomendation and issues about a Box that running a SQL2000 and the same time Terminal server to allow users to access the SQL application.

Currently we have this kind of box (PIII 800 with few DB's at total of 500MB, and in MAx 5 users are connected.

Question is: if I get a new box (i.e: Proliant 380DL), is there really a performance issue, and I should switch to 2 box configuration (1 SQL, 1 Citrix)?
