TS remote admin mode

Server 2003 - If I use terminal services in remote administration mode only do I a)need a TS CAL for this and b)Do I have to install all software in install mode. I'm quite familiar with the procedures when using TS for user remote access.

On sever 2003 terminal services remote administration mode has been replaced by remote desltop for administration this is enabled in the System - Remote tab, you can have upto 3 connections 2 virtual and one that shows the local console with no license required.
Any software that is installed will work just as it would at the console.
