TS/RDP Listening Port Change Utility

I occasionally have the need to have a client change the RDP Listening Port on an XP Pro workstation. I know which registry key needs to be changed to accomplish this task, but I don't usually feel comfortable having clients editing the registry directly on their own.

Does anyone know of a GUI utility which changes this registry only? I found something at the following URL

but the demo executable doesn't seem to work.

Basically, I'm looking for an easy-to-run utility that I can email to a client, and talk them through running on the phone.
