TS license delayed rollover

Running W2K server and Citrix xp 2 server farm load balancing connecting with Compaq T20 Thin Client devices. When the TS license expires a Citrix connection always ask Reconnect and like endless loop? As time passes it will eventually issue a new license and allow connection. In testing it does not effect a RDP connection, which leads me to think it is a Citrix thing. What causes this delay in license rollover and how can I force it to happen quicker. Users are upset that every 90 or so days they can't connect for a half day or more. - Paul
 
How about manually deleting the licenses from the server on a monthly basis? That's what I've had to do, just added it to my monthly checklist.
 
Chambers.. Thanks for the suggestion. I understand the daily,weekly or monthly "to-do" checklists.. Where can I find documentation on performing this deletion process? Thanks again. Paul
 
in your citrix server, open regedit and go into;

hklm\software\citrix\mslicensing

Expand that and you will see a bunch of buckets, delete those, and it will recreate all client licenses during next connection.

Give it a shot, maybe it'll work?
