HI,

have W2003 server as Terminal Server
a few Win XP TS clients logging in over WAN link to run a program....

problem is: the remote sessions go into "standby" mode after the user leaves it for 10mins and they have to re enter their password which is very annoying!!
they are in their own OU on the Server, I have searched the group policy for this setting but can not find how to edit or disable it! the remote session only goes into standby not the local PC, so not sure where to look!!

any ideas please!!!

Thanks

RIGHT CLICK ON THEIR DESKTOP INSIDE THE TS SESSION. GO TO PROPERTIES THEN SCREEN SAVER YOU CAN UNCHECK THE RESUME ON PASSWORD. GOOD LUCK

Hi, I have tried the TS manager, cant find it??

also, they dont have the rights to their desktop properties because of the group policy, but I may have to enable it again and give it a try, Thanks to both..
