Can someone help me understand if the message below indicates I am using a bad RBL in Exchange or SMS4.0 or if some Blacklist such as SpamCop thinks were some sort of open relay?

Ive changed some info in the error message to protect domains and user email addresses.

I am using RBL's in SMS 4.0, but not in Exchange 2003.

I think I figured this out. I turned on Heuristic scanning on and set all values to >7... tested and recieved messages.

sorry for the wasted post

an update... I set the RBL in SMS 4.6 to use 2 BL entries rather than the 6 that were set by the old S.A.

I also set the Heuristic scanning down to 5 and wouldnt you know it....

relieved 99% of the issues.
