Trying to add noans-alrt button 1

I am trying to add the noans-alrt button to a callmaster 5 and I get the error no space available to add data. What does that mean?

Hey phoneguy55 - I have not added any noans-alrt options to this User yet so what do you mean? Is there another button assignment I need to look for and remove in order to allow the station to acceot this feature?

I haven't added the naons-alrt feature yet as I get that error. Is there some other feature on the station that might be causing me an issue?

For the entire switch you can only add one of those buttons per hunt group. If you are trying add "noans-alrt grp: XX" to a station and it doens't allow it, then someone else already has the button assigned to them. If XX=01 then only one person in the entire switch can hanve noans-alrt grp: 01.

Is there such a thing as list usage noans-alrt to find out who has it?

I don't think so. I looked throught ASA and the export feature and I dont think that is going to help. Probably have to look though each station 1 by 1. I would start with the supervisors of the call center.
