How do you busy out a bad trunk for an Avaya IP 500?

There are a couple of ways to take it out of service, the easiest way for me is to go into system status, select Trunks, select the trunk, if its an analog trunk just highlight the trunk and then click the Change Admin State button. If its a PRI T1, after you have selected the trunk, go to the Line Testing tab and then select the channel you want to take out of service, and then change the admin state.
