Guys

I have an issue at clients rls3 succession switch
i have a number coming thru on ddi which is terminated on a tsc which then then uses a rli to fax server which is fed by euro q931 . my problem is that when the ddi number is rung it is not sent to the fax server, just gives busy tone.
it rings fine internally and is answered on the fax server,i have checked the idc table and rart table for problems but all seems correct, seems like a trunk to trunk forwarding problem . any help or pointers would be usefull
thanks

i would make the ncos of the routes match and remove the targ's.. try that and let us know

Thanks John
tried that still same conditions

in the cdb, under options, change cff to cfo, or try cfo if your using cff... to help pin point the problem, send the tsc to an analog set.. make sure that works, then forward that off net on the same route.. try that internal and external.. maybe try the route as internal? that's a tough problem with out being in the switch, but i usually try to break the call into smaller parts, helps me decide which link is blocked.. i can tell you've been doing this a while but i can't anything except maybe changing the steering code type, i had one block on me on a tsc, it was trunk to trunk, i outed the tsc, made it a maxp 1 acd to test to a set, that passed, went back to 87 made it a lsc (fat finger mistake) bang, worked..

thanks john and kprintz will give that go on monday morning and post u the results
by the way john i have tried the steering code as tsc and dsc without much luck, i have tested the ddi number by putting it under a key on m3904 and can call that without any probs,i also assigned the number to idc table just in case, but no luck there either,

thanks for the help guys

just had a brain glitch.. on my trunk to trunk, all i do i use a dgt that inserts the 9, then i let the same bars i use for local stations do the rest... just a thought

Can you do a trace on both incoming and outgoing DCH's just to make sure all digits are being passed.
