This is going to be any easy question. If i have 46 members on an ISDN trunk - does that mean I have 46 available channels?
 
each ds1 is a T1 with 23 "b" and 1 "d" channel
each "d" channel handles signaling for the 23 "b" channels which each have 64k of bandwidth for voice and data calls.

yes, you have 46 available "b" channels.

status trunk-group x will show the status of each.
