Hi,

Is is possible to monitor trunks using Application Link?

As far as I have experienced, we enter a device ID to be monitored on AL which is usually the extension number, but can this be generalized to trunks also?

Only the following may be monitored via Application Link: analogue, digital, cordless or CAS extensions, ACD/CTI groups.
