I need to pass the DID number (ani information) through a trunk line. In other words in order for my modem to verify its connection with a system that its is calling, the system on the other end needs to see the number that I am calling from. Can I pass a DID number through a trunk line. Please help

The only to pass your DID ani is to have a PRI trunk on your switch. Using regular POTS lines will not work. If you do have a PRI line, search isdn public[/t] and you should find many examples on how to setup your switch so that it will pass the proper ani information. Hope this helps.
