I need to pull a card on our G3si, but can't do so during the day since there are calls that land on it. On the Nortels there's an option to have the system automatically busyout each channel as they become idle... when all channels are idle it will busyout the entire group.

Any way to do this on a Definity? Thanks for your help.

On the newer releases of Definity there is a feature called camp-on busy. Be aware though, busying out the TG does not prevent the CO from picking the trunks for incoming calls.

You can also do a "Busy port 01c05xx" This will busy a port on the T1 card. You have to watch something like csm to tell when the port is idle. And do it for all ports.

Thank you for the great info! These are outgoing-only LD trunks, so this command is perfect.
