TRUNK GROUP STATUS

Hello Expert Avaya

I use many media gateway G430 with Board MM714 .
some times the ports trunk be busy .

status trunk 1151

                             TRUNK GROUP STATUS

1151/001 036V305  in-service/active  no   036V306
1151/002 036V306  in-service/active  no   036V305

so i must busy and release the trunk-group

It looks like you have a loop on your trunk. The incoming trunk also goes out and the channel stays active.
Maybe you can try to figure out what happens with your CDR tool

Look into disconnect supervision as well. If I call forwarded my desk to my cell, called trunk 1, the system took trunk 2 and bridged them together to make that call, and neither line had disconnect supervision, it may never know when the far end or my cell hung up and kept the call up forever.
